Your satisfaction is our top priority. If any product doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us within 30 days of receiving your product shipment. We’ll email you a label to print out and place on your package.
If you purchased our product through an MJ BioEssentials distributor or retailer, go to the original purchase location for any return or exchange.
Some things to know about returning your online purchase:
-Place item into a sturdy shipping package.
-Shipping charges are not refundable.
-Once we receive tracking notification that the product is in transit, a refund will be issued.
Credit Card Purchases: If you paid with a credit card, we will refund your purchase amount (less the shipping costs) to the same card. We will credit your account within 14 business days. Please note that your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
Promotional Purchases: If you paid with a promotional code, we will not offer a refund.
Lost Package: MJ BioEssentials will not be responsible If a package gets lost in transit and the tracking information says the package was “delivered,” which means U.S. Postal Service or the courier service successfully delivered the package to the specified address. We suggest that you ask family members or housemates or to see if they received the package.
Package Sent to Wrong Address: If a package is sent to the wrong address, and the incorrect address was provided online by a customer, then the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. We will re-ship the order once the original package has been returned to us. When ordering, make sure your shipping address is accurate, making any mistake could significantly delay your delivery.
